The value of a leadership program

Completing a course or program in leadership offers immense value to business owners, CEOs, managers, team leaders, upskillers and anyone else in a leadership role. This could be in the realm of human resources, business administration, project management or practically any other role that requires leading and influencing team members or employees. Leadership skills can even come in handy in sales, for which assertiveness and agreeableness are key.

Leadership development course inclusions
