How you’ll be assessed
The certification exam consists of multiple-choice and performance-based questions and is designed to assess the candidate’s ability to identify, exploit, and report on vulnerabilities in a simulated environment. The exam consists of 90 multiple-choice and performance-based questions, and candidates have 165 minutes to complete the exam. To pass the exam and earn the CompTIA PenTest+ certification, candidates must score a minimum of 750 out of 900 points. The certification is valid for three years, after which individuals will need to renew their certification by earning continuing education units (CEUs) or retaking the exam.
Certification
On successful completion of the course, you will receive your CompTIA PenTest+ certification. This is a digital certificate.
