Our client sought a leadership framework to enhance its leadership development as part of its vision to be a world-class organisation with "mana". Their formal training systems were robust but their challenge was to develop leadership capability at the pace with which they needed to deploy it. They were seeking a comprehensive system for implementing leadership development across all elements of the organisation, recognising that leadership was a 24-hour role.
trainingLINE carried out an extensive tender process to source and evaluate leadership providers from New Zealand and offshore. A consortium was chosen and a leadership framework designed that defined leadership in the context of day-to-day life, formal leadership training and on-the-job development tools.
This was a landmark project and all parties believe the methodology and the outcome are truly world-class.
